PulseNetics is the infrastructure monitor built for Windows sysadmins who are tired of chasing alerts. Our AI-powered root cause analysis engine automatically correlates events, ranks probable causes, and delivers a plain-English diagnosis — before your phone rings.
When something goes wrong, your monitor fires dozens of alerts at once — high CPU, dropped services, unreachable VMs, failed connections. Every one says something is broken. None of them say what caused it.
So your team chases alerts manually, correlating events across servers and logs, trying to trace a cascade back to its origin. That takes time you don't have.
PulseNetics changes the question. Instead of "what is broken?" we answer "what broke first, and why did everything else follow?"
PulseNetics processes every event through three progressive layers — from raw data to human-readable diagnosis.
Events from all monitored sources — Windows Event Log, services, WMI, Hyper-V — are collected and grouped by time window and infrastructure dependency. 40 separate alerts become one correlated incident cluster.
Weighted rules analyze the cluster — event timing, source priority, severity, and causal patterns. If a disk filled 30 seconds before three services crashed, Layer 2 ranks the disk event as the probable cause.
The ranked incident data is sent to an AI model which returns a plain-English diagnosis — what happened, why it happened, what to check first. Available on Standard and Pro tiers.
