1. Information We Collect
When you visit our website
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type and approximate location (country/city level). Collected via standard web server logs and, if enabled, basic analytics.
- We do not use advertising cookies or share data with advertising networks.
When you make a purchase
- Purchases are processed by our payment processors (Paddle or Gumroad). We receive your name, email address and the product purchased. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- We use your email address to deliver your licence key and send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, licence delivery, renewal reminders).
When you use PulseOps Monitor
- PulseOps Monitor is entirely on-premise. All monitoring data — server metrics, alerts, service statuses, SQL Server data — is stored exclusively in your own SQL Server database on your own infrastructure.
- The only outbound connection PulseOps makes is an optional version check to
https://api.pulsenetics.com/version.txtto notify you of updates. This request contains no personal data or monitoring information. - We do not collect telemetry, usage statistics or any data from the servers you monitor.
When you contact us
- If you email us for support or sales enquiries, we retain that correspondence to provide assistance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your licence key and order confirmation after purchase
- To send renewal reminders and important product notices
- To respond to support requests
- To improve our website and product based on aggregate usage data
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For customers in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
